Pink’s $12.5M Malibu Mansion Is A tropical Paradise

Singer-songwriter Pink is known for being adventurous, both with her music and her ever-changing personal style. So when we first laid eyes on her Malibu mansion, which just sold for $12.5 million, we were surprised to see how laid-back and clean the design was. truth be told, we were a little disappointed with the lack of pink in the home — but the stunning space quickly made up for it.

The Balinese-inspired estate sits on more than an acre in the point Dume area, and features five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a guest house, a private pathway to the beach, plus a pool and spa area surrounded by a lush green lawn. Take a peek inside the stunning property!

The 7,450-square-foot home’s façade plays with a mix of stonework, and has a rather large driveway with a five-car garage.

A koi pond with a floating-style walkway and ornate double doors adds to the resort-like feel of the estate.

As soon as you step through the front doors, a grand open-style main floor with large windows welcomes you into the space.

To create flow, both the dining chairs and sofas are covered in the same fabric, adding to the minimalist design aesthetic of the home.

A fireplace and TV enveloped in stone is the focal point in the great room, while folding glass doors and high ceilings offer natural light.

In the chef’s kitchen, two islands provide ample counter space and seating.

One of the islands is built almost like a dining table, creating a casual dining experience.

A stone fireplace with an intimate seating area is just off to the side of the kitchen.

The home office is kept clean in design with simple chairs and wood cabinetry.

We wouldn’t mind waking up to this view every morning — or cozying up next to the stone fireplace at the end of the day, for that matter.

The ceiling fans exude a tropical feel while dark panelling adds warmth to the mostly white space.

A spa-like bathroom boasts a spacious soak tub and a stand-up shower with stonework flooring.

No celebrity home is complete without an enormous walk-in closet, and this one comes with its own beaded chandelier!

A separate closet for shoes and accessories as well is an obvious must.

Here’s another bedroom with a similar, clean design aesthetic.

The same sofas seen in the great room are duplicated out on to the second-floor patio.

The guest house feels like a tropical paradise escape, with bright orange walls, exotic accessories and a killer view of the outdoor pool.

There’s even a mini tiki bar set to the side for all the exotic parties Pink must have thrown here.

The highlight of this property has to be the outdoors, where tropical landscaping surrounds the lap pool and various seating areas.

The pool looks as if it was plucked right from a tropical resort, as does the rest of the home!
